What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Resolution Specialist position at FFR?

In this industry, technology has converged with customer service offering the ability to service consumers through multiple levels of communications. We partner with our clients to assist in their revenue management by working with consumers to move forward from their debt. Through automation and customized payment options, we go above and beyond for our clients to close the final phase of revenue management.
Our agency is growing, and we are looking for a reliable, well-organized Account Resolution Specialist to ensure all accounts are prepped for our collection department to be successful in recovering the accounts along with providing general support to the Collection team. Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new clients
- Loading client account listings into our platform
- Updating accounts with mail return information
- Entering bankruptcy and deceased information
- Updating account disputes
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making with minimal direction.
- Take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to team and company growth.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, consistently meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
- Scrub and prep accounts for Collection Department
- Posting payments to accounts
- Sending documentation to consumers when requested
- Assist with additional projects as needed
Experience:
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars
- Prior experience handling office responsibilities, experience in customer service, or related field preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum HS Diploma required
