Your tasks at FFT
- Manage and track internal and external Lists of Open Points (LOPs) to drive resolution and maintain project momentum.
- Oversee cost planning, optimization, and tracking, ensuring adherence to in-house specifications and SAP systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and project partners. Facilitate kickoffs, status updates, approvals, and change management meetings.
- Conduct in-depth risk analysis and implement preventative measures to address potential project challenges.
- Develop comprehensive project plans focusing on budget, timelines, and quality to ensure on-time delivery of project deliverables.
Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or automation), Project Management, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications preferred, but not required
- Proven experience (3 years) in project management within the manufacturing or automation industry, specifically serving automotive clients.
- Knowledge of automation technologies (robotics, PLCs, etc.)
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Suite
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (i.e. ISO 9001, safety protocols, etc.)
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
