Job Title: Clinical Supervisor (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
Location: Sacramento, CA (Main Office with travel to Orangevale for supervision of all programs)
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year, DOE
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Includes two evening shifts per week (until 6/7 PM).

Role Overview: The Clinical Supervisor will oversee and support a team of clinicians within our STRTP and shelter care programs. This role includes supervising clinical staff, enhancing program development, and collaborating with community officials and agencies. You will work closely with the Executive Director and Regional Manager to drive program growth and ensure the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Supervision:
- Supervise and support clinicians and case managers through individual and group sessions.
- Ensure clinical practices adhere to ethical standards, best practices, and program policies.
- Facilitate ongoing professional development and training for clinical staff
Program Development:
- Collaborate with leadership to identify growth and improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to developing and implementing new initiatives and strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and recommend adjustments as needed.
Community Collaboration:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community officials and agencies.
- Represent the program at community meetings and events to advocate for the adolescent population.
- Coordinate with external agencies to integrate services and resources effectively.
Administrative Duties:
- Oversee clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in developing and reviewing program policies and procedures.
- Participate in program planning, budgeting, and reporting.
Crisis Management:
- Provide guidance during crises involving program participants.
- Develop and implement crisis intervention strategies and ensure staff training in effective management techniques.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Licensure: Valid and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC), or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in mental health clinical practice, including at least 2 years in a clinical supervisory role. Experience with adolescents preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities with a track record of mentoring clinical staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Knowledge of adolescent mental health issues, therapeutic interventions, and relevant regulations (DHSC, state, and federal).
- Experience with clients facing complex trauma, CSEC, and PTSD.
