Clinician Bilingual

Job Title: Bilingual Clinician (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LPC-A, LMFT, MFT-A)

Salary: $66,000 - $72,000 per year (based on experience and licensure) Bonus for Bilingual Candidates (Required)

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (some flexible evening hours available)
• Location: In-person
• Caseload: Provide both group and individual therapy, focusing on Dual Diagnosis (SUD/Mental Health)
• Programs: Lead groups under the START NOW program

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide group and individual therapy in an outpatient setting.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments, create treatment plans, and offer aftercare recommendations.
• Maintain comprehensive program and resident records that meet agency and funding standards.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and quality improvement systems.
• Participate in client referrals, admissions, and discharges.
• Attend supervision, staff meetings, and training seminars regularly.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a therapeutic setting.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Licensure in Connecticut is preferred, but candidates with provisional licenses will be considered (supervision available).
• Valid licensure or provisional licensure as an LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LPC-A, LMFT, or MFT-A.
