**Job Description:**
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-focused Quality Assurance Technician to join our production team at fgf brands. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality and safety standards.
You will work closely with our Quality Control team to identify and correct any quality issues that arise during the manufacturing process. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in this role, as you will be responsible for investigating and analyzing product or raw material quality problems.
Responsibilities:
- Fries off samples and evaluates results to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Develops and implements corrective measures to improve manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
- Communicates results through reports, meetings, and voicemail to ensure that all relevant stakeholders are informed.
- Monitors incoming raw materials to ensure they meet specifications and ensures compliance with GMP standards and other food safety initiatives.
- Supports activities of other departments such as Production, Dry Warehouse, and Sanitation through auditing.
