- The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising skilled workers, coordinating maintenance schedules, and implementing safety procedures.

Responsibilities
- Supervise multiple shift operations of maintenance technicians, parts personnel, and maintenance crew leaders.
- Assist with hiring and training new team members, including compliance with safety training and administering evaluations.
- Manage inventory and PM schedules, schedule team members according to work needs, and enforce company policies.
- Work closely with production Plant Leadership and other department heads to streamline production processes.
- Identify areas of opportunity for improvement and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Establish priorities for the maintenance department and provide skills assessments and training opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in a leadership role.
- Ability to supervise skilled workers, possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience in industrial tools and test equipment is highly desirable.
