Fgf Brands is a growing company that values its employees and offers a competitive compensation package. As a Manufacturing Technician Lead, you will play a key role in maintaining and troubleshooting high-volume food manufacturing equipment.
Your primary responsibility will be to respond and react to mechanical issues in the production environment in a timely and efficient manner. You will also complete maintenance projects, including PM tasks and work orders as assigned.
This position requires strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, with a basic understanding of AC/DC motors, motor control circuits, and photoeyes/sensors. Knowledge of conveyance systems is a plus.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of work experience in a maintenance mechanic environment and be computer literate. Familiarity with CMMS work order systems and a food manufacturing background are also preferred.
