Night Shift Operations Manager
This position is responsible for overseeing the night shift operations at one of our manufacturing facilities.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of food manufacturing experience, preferably in a leadership role. They should possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as knowledge of industrial tools and test equipment.
- Assist in managing the implementation and operation of an inventory and PM schedule.
- Supervise team members to ensure compliance with safety procedures, regulations, and SOPs.
- Work closely with production staff to identify areas of opportunity and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Lead the maintenance team to meet or exceed regulatory or customer expectations regarding food safety or quality.
