Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Mechanic to join our team. As a Manufacturing Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing high-volume food manufacturing equipment.
You will prioritize personnel and food safety at all times. This role involves responding to mechanical issues in the production environment in a timely and efficient manner.
You will also complete maintenance projects, read electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams, write parts requests, and follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Your primary goal is to ensure that our equipment operates efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
