Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Shift Lead - Equipment Optimization to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring that maintenance activities are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe workplace and ensure that maintenance activities are accomplished efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members to train, develop, and coach them for long-term performance
- Organize and plan regular maintenance work on equipment and systems within the plant
- Review and rationalize preventive maintenance procedures and evaluate maintenance activities
- Supervise maintenance technicians, parts personnel, and maintenance crew leaders
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of food manufacturing experience
- Ability to supervise skilled workers and experience in plant operations
- Excellent troubleshooting ability and technical knowledge of production equipment
- Ability to motivate maintenance personnel under pressure
- Knowledge of industrial tools and test equipment
