**Job Requirements:**
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Quality Assurance Technician to join our team at fgf brands. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products throughout the manufacturing process.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2-year degree in laboratory science, food technology, or a related field, with demonstrated knowledge of statistics, SPC fundamentals, and laboratory skills. They will also possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, as well as the ability to function effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Investigates and analyzes product or raw material quality problems and develops corrective measures.
- Audits sample data taken for use in the implementation of the plants IPM (Integrated Process Management) System.
- Identifies process problems through the use of statistical analysis and suggests corrective measures to improve manufacturing processes.
- Records and communicates results through reports, meetings, and voicemail as required.
- Monitors incoming raw materials to ensure they meet specifications and ensures compliance with GMP standards and other food safety initiatives.
- Supports activities of other departments such as Production, Dry Warehouse, and Sanitation through auditing.
