Job Title: Team Member-Quality Assurance Technician
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Investigate and analyze product or raw material quality problems and develop corrective measures.
- Audit sample data for IPM System implementation.
- Identify process problems through statistical analysis.
- Suggest and implement corrective measures to improve manufacturing processes.
- Monitor incoming raw materials and ensure they meet specifications.
- Ensure GMP, HAACP compliance, and food safety initiatives.
- Support activities of other departments through auditing.
- Communicate with departments to identify substandard products.
- Dispose of substandard products as waste, rework, or thrift inventory.
- Develop standards and procedures for new and existing products.
- Lead Continuous Improvement Teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-year degree in laboratory science, food technology, or related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of statistics, SPC fundamentals, and laboratory skills.
- Working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety compliance.
- Solid computer proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Excellent communication, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
