Responsibilities:
- Clean food manufacturing production equipment thoroughly
- Adhere to all safety requirements and regulations
- Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure compliance with federal and state laws
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures
- Maintain all plant areas, including depositing and packing, using appropriate equipment
- Collaborate with the team to achieve superior service and cleaning levels
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in sanitation, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic written and verbal skills
