Overview

To perform all duties as assign by Team Leader- Freezer Warehouse within Good Manufacturing Practices guidelines and government standards.

 Shift- Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:00pm-Pay Rate: $26.50

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and motivation to team members. • Ensuring safe work conditions for team members. • Improving team member performance and development through coaching. • Train team members to job procedures.• Work with other Team Leaders on continuous improvement projects.• Interface with support departments. • Inventory control and reconciliation.• Monitors performance and tracks attendance and vacation approval. • Lead shift meetings on a regular basis.• Inspect incoming equipment for safety and cleanliness.• Other duties as assigned.• Adheres to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards as well as HAACP compliance and other food safety and workplace safety initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma required. • Additional training in a 2 or 4-year post secondary program is preferred. • Must be a Certified Forklift Operator• Is consistent with quality work performance • Proficient in MS Office• Ability to solve problems using math, data, and troubleshooting skills• Must be able to understand and follow directions• Must have verbal and interpersonal skills• Must be able to read, write and understand instructions, warnings, labels and postings in English effectively.
