We welcome Architectural Designer candidates who are eager to take on the following responsibilities and possess the skills and credentials listed below :
Responsibilities :
- Working with the project’s Design and Technical Leads, assists in developing the design, implementing the building program, and preparing high-quality project documentation appropriate to each phase
- Experience in coordinating with other design disciplines (ie : Structural, MEP, Civil)
- Have an intimate knowledge of finish materials, both interior and exterior, with a focus on materials suitable for educational environments.
- Leverage expertise in PK-12 design requirements to inform technical decisions, ensuring practical, buildable, and code-compliant details
- Prepares presentation materials to communicate design ideas
