About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Municipal projects from concept to completion, ensuring that client expectations, budgets, and schedules are met with the highest level of service. This role is ideal for professionals with 10 years of experience who have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of municipal project management, and a commitment to design excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of municipal project execution, including contractual, administrative, and technical efforts.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for municipal clients, consultants, and project teams.

- Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and FGMA standards throughout project phases.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and other external partners to maintain seamless project workflow.
- Support business development efforts, including responding to RFQs, RFPs, and participating in interviews.
Qualifications & Skills
- 10 years of experience in architecture, with a proven track record in managing municipal projects.
- Architectural licensure required.
- Professional degree in architecture from an accredited program.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Client-focused, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Revit Architecture and project management software.
- LEED accreditation preferred.
