Fusion Growth Partners, a business development firm, is seeking a high-level Lead Bookkeeper that has tremendous process innovation and people skills to help us develop our bookkeeping platform for many of our current business development clients and our future clients.

· Will meet with partners online to set up Bookkeeping services.

· Will manage a team of offshore bookkeepers.

· Will oversee all financial reporting and Corporate accounting for the Partners business including:

· Daily Cash Flow and Banking Reports

· Monthly Reconciling of Accounts

· Ability to work in Excel financial models and build reporting to compare a projected to actual scenario.

· Knowledge of QuickBooks Online is Required

· Must be knowledgeable about accounting and tax differences between S, C, and LLC Corporations

Position Requirements:

• Proficient in P/L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Receivables, Payable, General Ledgers, Debits / Credits,

• Quick Books Online Pro

• Managerial Skills

• A minimum of 3 years of work experience in this field

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field

Employment is contingent upon a background and credit check.

Compensation is based on experience and skills. The income range is $48,000 to $80,000
