As an Experienced Sales Professional specializing in Direct Mail Solutions at Freedom you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our client base. Leveraging your industry expertise and sales acumen, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while delivering customized direct mail solutions that drive results.
This is a remote position that will require occasional travel to our plants as well as to client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients who can benefit from our direct mail services. Develop a strategic approach to engage and convert new clients. Prospect and engaging prospective clients will be the primary goal of this position
Consultative Selling: Understand clients' unique needs and objectives. Offer tailored direct mail solutions that address their specific goals, utilizing our wide range of services and capabilities.
Relationship Management: Cultivate long-lasting relationships with existing clients, becoming their trusted advisor in the realm of direct mail. Provide ongoing support and recommendations to maximize their success.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors. Use this knowledge to position yourself as an industry leader
Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Track and report on sales performance using CRM tools and analytics.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our creative and production teams to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns.
Client Education: Educate clients on the advantages of direct mail, including its role in multichannel campaigns and its ability to deliver measurable results. Provide education on postal optimization and its pivotal role in cost efficiencies in todays Direct Mail environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of successful B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, with a proactive and results-driven approach
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of direct mail strategies, technologies, and industry trends a plus
- Sales experience or knowledge in the Healthcare, Financial, insurance or retail markets
