Responsibilities:
A. Customer Service:
- Deliver high-quality technical support to customers via incoming calls, email requests, and Virtual Chat, and social media chats ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries and issues.
- Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients in the Packaging industry, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for their needs.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide valuable insights for creating tailored solutions.
- Effectively manage and nurture inbound accounts, employing proactive account management techniques to address customer needs and foster loyalty.
- Utilize HubSpot or other CRM systems to meticulously track customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for effective follow-up and relationship management.
B. Administrative support
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including Operations, as needed.
- Specific examples of administrative tasks could include:
1. Processing customer orders and returns
2. Maintaining accurate customer data in the CRM system
3. Generating reports and data analysis for customer service performance
4. Assisting with onboarding new customers
5. Managing and prioritizing internal communication and workflows (especially relevant if supporting Operations)
6. Assist to maintain order status on Open Orders reflected in Fishbowl Inventory management Software
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential for clear and empathetic communication with clients.
- Demonstrated experience in sales and a strong background in customer service/relationship management, prioritizing customer satisfaction above all else.
- Proven sales skills with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets, coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to comprehend and articulate complex technical products or solutions in a manner that is easily understood by customers of varying technical backgrounds.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of genuine connections and rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced, competitive environment where customer success is paramount.
Note: Experience in technology sales or account management is highly desirable.
