Content Creation & Design:
- Develop visually appealing internal communications and graphics using existing tools and platforms.
- Design digital and print materials such as emails, newsletters, infographics, and internal branding assets.
- Ensure all content aligns with company brand guidelines and voice.
- Draft, test, and distribute internal communications under tight deadlines, including turnarounds of less than 24 hours, while maintaining high standards of quality and effectiveness.
- Assist in developing messaging for key initiatives, associate programs, and company-wide updates.
- Manage the internal communications calendar to ensure timely delivery of important updates while balancing ongoing projects and prioritizing urgent messaging.
- Track and analyze communication effectiveness by gathering data on read rates, engagement metrics, and other key performance indicators. Provide reports and insights to leadership to inform future strategies and improvements.
- Support the launch and management of social media initiatives to enhance associate engagement.
- Work closely with leadership to create content that fosters connection, recognition, and company culture.
- Create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Develop visually compelling graphics, videos, and written content to drive engagement.
- Monitor associate interactions, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with stakeholders to keep internal social channels active and relevant.
- Analyze performance metrics to assess engagement levels and recommend improvements for content strategy.
- Stay informed on best practices and trends in social media and associate engagement to suggest innovative approaches.
- Work cross-functionally with HR, Operations, and other departments to support communication needs.
- Identify and implement enhancements in internal communication strategies.
- Gather associate feedback to assess the effectiveness of internal communication efforts.
- Regularly review existing communication templates and make necessary adjustments to improve clarity, engagement, and effectiveness.
- Develop clear and effective training materials to support the team.
- Train team members on best practices for using internal communication systems efficiently.

Education:

- Background in internal communications, employee engagement, or marketing.
- Experience in video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
- Proven experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or communications.
- Experience creating communications for a diverse workforce, including frontline associates, is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Proficiency in text and email-based communication tools, such as Mailchimp.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to take an idea and transform it into visually engaging content.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a creative mindset and ability to work independently.
- Experience with social media content creation is a plus.
