- Must have proven experience in window and door installation and general home construction knowledge
- Own truck and tools
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required
- Bilingual skills in both Spanish and English- a plus!
- Excellent customer service skills
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in re-glazing - a plus!
- Learn our processes and quality standards to deliver A customer service
- Travel to our customer's homes to install new products or repair existing products
- Take preventative measures, escalate any customer issues to the Service Department
- Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed
- Explain issues with equipment and repairs to customers
- Lift and/or move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
- Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with your hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for prolonged periods of time
