Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized plans, and implement evidence-based interventions
- Maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with colleagues and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to positive outcomes
- Adhere to rotation schedules, including ICU, MS, and ER assignments
Professional Requirements:
- Must hold IL License; Drip experience essential
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in relevant specialty
- Phlebotomy skills desirable
Nurse-to-Patient Ratio:
- 4-5 days, 5-6 nights
Titration Details:
- Common titratable: Set - Cardizem, Amio, Dopamine. Titrate - Heparin
