Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in home repairs and maintenance, demonstrating the ability to tackle various tasks efficiently and effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Duties

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify issues that require attention.
• Respond promptly to service requests from clients, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with other team members as needed to complete larger projects or repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and building maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and perform repairs independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
• Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in home maintenance.

Pay: $19.28 - $22.21 per hour
