Fi is looking for a Creative Project Manager!
Fi is looking for a Creative Project Manager to drive and organize our creative efforts. This role is a unique opportunity to shape how Fi's campaigns come to life, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and delivering work that delights and engages dog parents everywhere.
As a hands-on project manager, you'll partner with designers, marketers, agencies, and product managers to oversee creative workflows, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality campaigns across all mediums-social, digital, video, out-of-home (OOH), and more. You'll play a vital role in keeping projects on track, optimizing processes, and ensuring every detail aligns with Fi's vision.

What You'll Do :
- Lead Creative Workflows - Drive process and structure for seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams. Manage Timelines & Resources - Develop and oversee project schedules to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee Campaign Execution - Work closely with social and email agencies to review plans and align campaigns with strategy and deadlines.
- Ensure Cross-Channel Coordination - Manage creative projects across all mediums, including social, digital, video, email, and photo shoots.
- Facilitate Stakeholder Communication - Oversee internal reviews and ensure clear, concise communication across teams.
- Proactively Solve Problems - Identify project risks early and implement effective solutions.
- Adapt & Optimize - Navigate a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and continuously improve workflows.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $90,000 - $130,000 . The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held. This position is also eligible for equity compensation.
