Fi is Looking for a Supply Chain Specialist!
At Fi, we’re redefining the way humans connect with their dogs through cutting-edge technology. As our Supply Chain Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our products are always available for our customers while optimizing supply chain operations. You’ll work on high-impact supply planning, supplier coordination, logistics, and operational execution - helping us shape the future of connected pet technology.
- Inventory Management, Production Planning, and Forecasting Support:
- Track and manage inventory levels at 3PL warehouses, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing stockouts.
- Create and oversee production plans based on sales forecasts and demand signals.
- Release and manage purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Analyze demand patterns using sales trends, marketing plans, and retailer purchase data to optimize inventory planning.
- 3PL Management and Logistics Support:
- Oversee shipment planning and inventory replenishment for Amazon (FBA) and third-party retailers.
- Collaborate with 3PL partners to ensure smooth fulfillment operations and on-time deliveries.
- Maintain supplier and logistics partner relationships to drive efficiency and resolve operational issues.
- Supply Chain Data Analysis
- Use data-driven insights to optimize supply planning and improve operational efficiency.
- Track key supply chain metrics, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements.
- Support strategic decision-making by analyzing logistics, inventory trends, and supplier performance.
- 2-5 years of experience in supply planning, supplier management, logistics, or inventory management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus in supply planning and inventory management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, with experience in SQL and BI tools preferred.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central strongly preferred.
- Experience in supplier negotiations and end-to-end inventory planning.
- Experience optimizing supply chain operations with machine learning or predictive analytics.
- Strong understanding of global sourcing, freight logistics, and import/export processes.

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
