Our client, an established organization, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join its leadership team. This role requires a strategic and people-focused professional with a strong foundation in employee relations, compliance, and HR operations.
Things to know about this role:
Work Location: On site role (Monday-Friday)
Salary: $93,000-$97,000
RequirementsIdeal Candidate Has:
- Experience in HR leadership, preferably in a unionized setting
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of labor law, payroll, and benefits administration
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide HR processes including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Support leadership and staff on HR policies and employee concerns
- Manage benefits, payroll, and HRIS systems
- Oversee compliance with employment laws and reporting requirements
- Lead or support union interactions, investigations, and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate leave management and workplace accommodations
- Contribute to organizational planning, training, and internal culture-building
