Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex, client-facing initiatives focused on the delivery of customized ETD reference data feeds, ensuring solutions are aligned with client objectives, internal architecture, and regulatory expectations.
- Oversee program delivery by managing timelines, scope, and stakeholder engagement across technology, operations, compliance, and client teams—ensuring outcomes meet both strategic goals and operational realities.
- Translate complex business needs into actionable data and technology requirements, guiding implementation teams in delivering scalable and robust solutions.
- Shape and execute the data strategy for regulatory initiatives, leading the design and building of future-ready solutions that support EMIR, CFTC, MiFID II, and other global mandates.
- Act as a thought leader and SME on ETD reference data, bridging the gap between regulatory policy, operational execution, and data architecture.
- Proven leadership experience within capital markets, ideally in ETD operations, data management, or regulatory programs.
- Deep understanding of exchange-traded derivatives (ETDs) and related reference data models.
- Strong knowledge of global regulatory reporting regimes (e.g., EMIR, CFTC, MiFID II) and their impact on data and operational processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership skills.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, influencing senior stakeholders while driving project success on the ground.
