Position Overview :
FIA Tech is looking for a Junior Event Coordinator based around the Tri-State area, Washington DC or Tampa, FL to plan, coordinate and execute internal and external events to support the business’s objectives. You will work closely with the marketing team, partners and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality events. This position will require extensive travel across the United States.
Role Requirements :
- Plan and execute events that align with the firm's business objectives, including seminars, conferences, offsites, and other client-facing events.
- Manage logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment, and event collateral.
- Work with the marketing team to develop event marketing materials, including invitations, registration pages, email campaigns, and social media promotion.
- Measure and report on the success of events, using data and analytics to improve future events.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and other event partners.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in event management and apply them to improve the firm's events.
