We are looking for friendly, hard-working, reliable, and efficient individuals to join our awesome team! Fiamma is a fast-casual establishment that specializes in authentic, neopolitan wood-fired pizza. We offer a product and service that is unique and requires a little bit of skill to master. We take a lot of pride in our food and our customer service.
The kitchen staff position includes the following duties: food prep, making salads appetizers and pizzas, dishes, and cleaning. We would love to find people interested in cross-training at multiple positions, and/or interested in developing into management. We are open every day of the week, and weekend availability is a MUST. The job will start as part-time but we would love to grow the hours and position with the right people. We offer a pay raise to employees who are able to learn and develop skills on the pizza line. This position pays a base pay rate plus a steady tip share that goes on every check.
