Customer Service / Dispatcher

We are a commercial HVAC company currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Customer Service Clerk / Service Dispatcher to join our team. We truly want a team player! The candidate we are looking for must always put customers 1st, be an excellent communicator, have a positive attitude, and be self-motivated. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service
• Answer & direct incoming phone calls & emails
• Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules
• Dispatch technicians according to ability & service area.
• Maintain the on-call schedule for service technicians
• Maintain customer database with current information
• Provide clear and concise communications with managers, employees and company customers.
• Apprise customers as to schedule and service call follow-up.
