- HVAC and refrigeration diagnostics, repair and installation
- Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment, instruments and meters
- Proficiency in recording, reporting and following through
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivated, problem solver
- Honest, hard working
- Willingness to learn & grow
- Customer driven
- Committed, team player
- Reliable, regular attendance
- Valid DL & clean driving record
- Clean drug test
- EPA Certified
- Central plant experience a PLUS
