Fiber Instrument Sales, Inc., with headquarters in Oriskany, NY has immediate openings in its Sales Department for Customer Service associates.
Position Objective: To assist sales representatives and peers with daily activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data entry of sales orders, hot sheets, new part number forms, inventory transfers and credit memos.
- Pick orders to the warehouse when products are available.
- Monitor and track orders through all stages of processing, fulfillment, and shipping.
- Daily review of backorders.
- Entry of new customer data with confirmation from sales associate.
- Execute filing for assigned sales team.
- Manage incoming customer calls and emails related to invoices, tracking and pricing.
- Accommodate orders from sales to be entered into the system.
- Manage incoming customer calls and emails.
Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Important: Wage rate will be commensurate with position, shift worked, experience, education and required skill level.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
