Job Title: Travel Nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit
Fiber Staffing is seeking a skilled and experienced travel nurse to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Chanute, Kansas.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, prioritizing critical situations and managing life-threatening emergencies.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform procedures as needed, adhering to facility protocols and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, utilizing Cerner charting system.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ICU settings, preferably with exposure to critical care drips and sedation.
- Current certifications in ACLS and PALS/ENPC, or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.
- Able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and potentially blocked shifts.
- Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMRs), specifically Cerner.
