FACILITY IS LOOKING FOR A TEMP TO HIRE CANDIDATE
CT and General Xray
Must have or be willing to obtain KS license! 1 hour callback minimum... on-call time on weekends and at night during the week on a rotating schedule.Interrelationships : Works cooperatively with all AHC departments and Medical Staff to ensure seamless transitions for patients between Radiology and other departments.Job Summary : Perform radiology services provided within the department, including x-rays and CTs, while coordinating and reporting ultrasounds, and mammograms. Works cooperatively with other departments and medical staff. Job Qualifications : Experience : Minimum of 2-3 year of radiology (X-ray and CT experience) within a healthcare setting.Must be proficient using a personal computer, copy machine, and a calculator.Must function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with patients, personnel, and support agencies.Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Must have the desire / ability to learn EHR appropriate for the position.Education : High School Diploma or equivalent and Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology required; Bachelor’s Degree in Diagnostic Imaging preferred.Req.Cert, / Registration : ARRT registered or eligible.Certificates and Licenses : Registered or eligible for registry exam by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and licensed by the state of Kansas.Maintain current license Maintains CEUs as per State of Kansas requirements or ARRT requirements.Salary Range starts at $24. They have medical, dental, and vision. They have the KPERS retirement plan and give FT and PT staff PTO.
