Production Helper / Laborer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Helper / Laborer to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting our production operations, working primarily outdoors with chemicals and powders, and assisting in general groundskeeping duties. Additionally, the role will require occasional support in our retail store as needed. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Chemical and Powder Handling:

• Pouring and mixing chemicals and powders according to established procedures.
• Ensuring proper safety protocols are followed when handling hazardous materials.
• Measuring and preparing materials for production runs.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

General Groundskeeping:

• Performing basic outdoor maintenance such as lawn care, trash removal, sweeping, and upkeep of the production area.
• Assisting with general site cleanliness and organization.

Retail Support (as needed):

• Assisting with stocking and organizing products in the retail store.
• Helping customers with inquiries and directing them to products.
• Performing light cleaning and maintenance in the retail area.

Additional Duties:

• Assist with other tasks as required to support the production team and retail operations.
• Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Previous experience in a production or labor-intensive environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with handling chemicals and powders, or willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials as needed (up to 50 lbs. at times).
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to assist in the retail store when necessary.

Working Conditions:

• Physical work in an outdoor environment, with exposure to various weather conditions.
• Required to wear safety equipment, such as gloves, goggles, and protective clothing when working with chemicals and powders.
• Occasional lifting and carrying of heavy items.

Job Type: Full-time
