- Provide support in team management activities, fostering a collaborative workplace culture.
Experience
- Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is essential.
- Experience in payroll processing and human resources functions is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using QuickBooks and other office software applications.
