Description

The Operations Support Associate Team member will support all procurement and logistics activities through ordering, receiving and asset management in support of operations, engineering and construction teams. Daily tasks involved with this position include ordering and receiving – creation of purchase orders, paysheets, packing slips, - as well as management of inbound and outbound shipments with the warehouse.

Essential Job Functions

• Processing requests from multiple departments which includes but not limited to quoting, budget review, creating purchase orders and receipting of the purchase orders
• Perform inventory transactions such as receiving, releasing and reviewing inventory levels
• Coordination of RMA cases and tasks with field services
• Daily data entry into multiple systems
• Reviewing budgets and requesting overspends
• Coordinating FedEx shipments of discontinued equipment

• Minimum of 1 years of procurement and logistics, or related experience
• Ability to work unsupervised within a directional set of guidelines and processes
• Computing proficiencies including but not limited to MS Office Suite, Oracle Netsuite, Salesforce/Sitetracker and third party applications
• Ability to complete repeatable tasks in a timely and consistent manner
