What You’ll Do:
• Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Prepare and review financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and assist with audit preparation
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Mentor junior accounting staff and collaborate cross-functionally
What You’ll Bring:
• Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• 10 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience in multi-entity environments a plus
