Position Summary
The Quality Laboratory Technician is responsible for laboratory testing, monitoring, ensuring adherence to quality requirements, and release of products against specifications. The person in this job will also maintain close cooperation with the production and supply chain team.
Responsibilities
While performing the duties, an employee is regularly required to talk or hear, walk or sit, stand, climb, lift, push, pull and use hands to finger, handle and feel objects, and to reach with hands or arms.
Work Environment

The Quality Laboratory Technician is responsible for laboratory testing, monitoring, ensuring adherence to quality requirements, and release of products against specifications. The person in this job will also maintain close cooperation with the production and supply chain team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for conducting routine and non-routine analyses (Visual and test data) of finished goods and raw materials
- Interpret test results and compare them to established specifications and make recommendations on appropriateness of data for release
- Responsible for creation of Certificate of Acceptance (CoA) and final release of products
- Monitor performance against targets on a daily basis and promptly communicate the result with production
- Participate in validation, calibration, and preparation of quality related customer reporting
- Maintain laboratory equipment, manage and update calibration of equipment in the calibration software
- Provide inputs for strong in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications across departments
- Assist in training of company personnel in quality related Standard Operating Procedures
- Manage lab consumable incoming check and inventory management
- Assist Quality Manager in day to day task/support request
- Work in a quality conscious manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a related field, preferred
- Knowledgeable of quality assurance requirements from multinationals
- Basic computer experience required. Microsoft Office, Excel, and Microsoft AX experience, preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Great written, analytical, and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Must have the ability to generate solid documentation
- Must be reliable with the ability to work in a team environment
