District Sales Manager for Fitness Brand

We are looking for an energetic LEADER who wants to work in a fun, high paced outdoor fitness concept throughout the greater Ft. Lauderdale, FL area. If you are that person, then we want to connect with you! This role is for the experienced health club or boutique studio General Manager, District Fitness Manager, or Fitness Manager preferably with a background in Personal Training who is looking to grow rapidly in their career. Job Duties :

The Area Manager, Sales & Fitness is responsible for ensuring that each unit exemplifies the company culture and values, delivers an exceptional member experience, achieves the desired financial results, and for the flawless execution of company membership sales and personal training programs at each unit.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all unit field membership sales, personal training sales, and Coaching

personnel. In short, you will oversee all field staff and membership sales for all units.

  • Work to support and drive membership subscription growth
  • Work to support and drive personal training revenue and results
  • Directly supervise, train, and lead OutFit Coaches
  • Help set and attain short- and long-term membership sales, personal training, and class
  • attendance goals

  • Ensure that there is consistent delivery of service in accordance with company
  • standards

  • Conduct weekly unit visits to inspect what the company expects and train and develop
  • existing staff

  • Motivate and hold all coaches accountable to desired monthly production goals
  • Interact (calls / emails / visits) with company leadership on a regular basis to address any
  • specific needs, business trends, or concerns

  • Work closely with marketing to support and encourage best practices, create new and
  • exciting marketing / outreach campaigns, as well as develop increased local community

    grassroots campaigns to increase local market presence and drive additional sales

    production

  • Continuously inspire, train, and motivate all field staff
  • Execute the proper administration and timely submission of all payroll, reports,
  • documentation, and information

  • Complete all required company training on Coaching OutFit Classes and instruct 5-10
  • classes per week personally

  • Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook
  • Job Requirements :

  • Effective communication, organization, and leadership skills for multi-unit operations
  • Ability to build and maintain business relationships with customers, field staff, unit
  • managers, and company leadership

  • Experience with developing systems, policies, procedures, employee training, and
  • manuals for multi-unit organizations

  • High level of technological skills
  • Current NCCA or BFE Accredited Certification in Personal Training or ability to attain this
  • certification or re-certification within first 30 days of employment. Company will provide

    certification enrollment if needed

  • TRX Suspension Training Course and Rip Trainer Course qualification preferred or
  • ability to attain these qualifications within the first 30 days of employment. Company will

    provide access to these courses if needed

  • Daily travel to sites throughout greater Broward County, FL and the surrounding counties
  • Experience with Google Docs, Drive, and Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and
  • PowerPoint

    Physical Requirements :

  • Periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs pounds at times.
  • Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facilities.
  • Must be able to access and operate all manner of company equipment.

  • Hours : Full-Time exempt / salary (Estimated 40-50 per week)

    Pay : $70k annual salary, and up-to $30k annual variable bonus and commissions. $6000

    annually for benefits stipend.

    Travel : Daily local travel throughout great Broward County, FL, and surrounding counties

    Salary : $6,000 - $70,000
