Fibre Federal Credit Union is seeking a Bilingual Contact Center Specialist(Spanish) for our Longview, WA location.
Wage Range : $20.29 - $31.70
- Therange above allows our employees room for growth through annual merit and otherpay increases. The target pay range for this position is typically withinthe first half of the range. Compensation decisions are determined usingfactors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education ortraining. Should an offer for employment be made, we will considerindividual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensationincentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives areperformance based, and targets vary by role.
BENEFITS
PRIMARY FUNCTION
Answer a variety of memberinquiries and maintain a good working knowledge of Credit Union services.
Process phone transaction requests to include, but not limited to transfers,loan payments, issuing cashiers checks, processing wires, etc.
Assist members with payroll transactions, stop payments, overdraft and latefees, certificates, and dormant accounts.
Assist members with cardrelated issues and questions on Visa Credit and Debit accounts and the ATMNetwork.
Assist members with Call 24,overdraft sources, cross account transfers and Online Banking set-up,questions, and problems.
Provide exceptional memberservice in a friendly and efficient manner.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Must have the ability to read, write, speak,and comprehend fluently in both Spanish and English to assist Spanish speakingmembers. Bilingual employees must pass a Spanish language test according topolicy.
Possess high school diploma orequivalent
Always maintain professionalism
Be reliable and dependable
Be able to work in a high-volume call center environment
Have outstanding communication skills
Can work a flexible schedule includingmandatory Saturday hours.
Have basic computer knowledge and exceptional attention todetail.
