Mid-Level Provider (Aesthetics + Womens'S Health)

The Fibroid and Pelvic Wellness Center of Georgia, a leading GYN and surgical practice in the Southeast, is seeking a Mid-Level Provider (Aesthetics Women’s Health) to join our growing 14-person team in Peachtree Corners, GA. Located at 4028 Holcomb Bridge Rd, Suite 200, our practice integrates gynecological care, aesthetics, and wellness services to provide comprehensive care for women and families.

Position Overview:

• Seeking a Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP), with strong aesthetics experience.
• Aesthetics is the primary focus, with gynecological training available if needed.
• Responsibilities include non-surgical aesthetics, hormone replacement and pellet therapy, weight loss treatments, and gynecology services (if applicable).
• Must be able to work independently while collaborating with our physician-led team.

Key Responsibilities:

Aesthetics & Wellness Services for Men and Women (Some Training Available):

• Perform BTL aesthetic treatments (Emsella, EmsculptNeo, EmFemme, EmTone, etc).
• Oversee weight loss programs, hormone replacement therapy (including testosterone), and pellet insertions.
• Provide non-surgical facial and body aesthetic treatments, injectables, and regenerative procedures.
• Educate patients on aesthetic and wellness options to ensure understanding of treatment plans.
• Stay current with industry advancements and participate in ongoing training.

Women’s Health Services (If Applicable, Training Available):

• Conduct annual well-woman exams and evaluate gynecological concerns.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and document patient care in EMR (eClinicalWorks).
• Order and interpret lab tests, ultrasounds, and imaging studies.
• Collaborate with physicians for complex cases while maintaining independent decision-making.

General Duties:

• Maintain a patient-first approach and exceptional care.
• Uphold core values in all patient and team interactions.
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetics (injectables, weight loss, hormone therapy, or regenerative medicine required).
• Experience or rotation in women’s health preferred (GYN training available).
• Licensed PA, NP, or WHNP in Georgia or eligible for licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited Mid-Level Provider program.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the physician team.
• Proficiency in EMR systems (eClinicalWorks preferred).
• Strong patient education and communication skills.
