Growing our membership base by connecting with local hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations
Promoting loan products that support our members’ unique financial needs
Leading marketing and outreach efforts to enhance FiCare’s presence in Tampa’s healthcare sector
Engaging with potential members through events, presentations, and on-site visits

What We’re Looking For :
2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing ( financial services / credit union experience is a plus! )
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
A passion for helping people and making meaningful connections
Ability to travel locally to meet with healthcare partners and potential members
Work Schedule & Location :
Full-time | Monday – Friday (with occasional evenings & weekends as needed)
In-person role based in Tampa, FL
