Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Proactively reach out to potential clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and offering appropriate solutions.
Policy Sales : Facilitate the sale of personal and specialty insurance products.
Customer Support : Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Portfolio Expansion : Identify opportunities to optimize and expand clients' insurance portfolios through cross-selling and up-selling.
Market Analysis : Stay informed on industry trends and competitive products to better assist clients.
Relationship Management : Foster strong, long-term relationships with agency partners, clients, and prospects to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

Requirements
CANDIDATE MUST BE IN OFFICE 5 DAYS / WEEK FIRST 90 DAYS OR UNTIL TRAINING COMPLETE.
Licensing : We offer hands on training, pay for all study materials, and fully support your licensing (required for the state of Maine).
Experience : Previous experience in an office environment preferred, insurance or a related field not necessary
Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Customer Service : A deep commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Tech Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is beneficial, including MS Office suite
Motivated : Ability to work independently and proactively to achieve sales targets.
Team Collaboration : Must be able to contribute positively to a team environment.
