Fidé is seeking a compassionate and skilled Dialysis Nurse to join our dedicated team in providing high-quality care.
Role: Dialysis RN
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Shift: 07:30 AM-07:00 PM (3x12 days)
Contract: 13 weeks
As a key member of the dialysis care team, you will deliver life-saving treatments, monitor patient health, and offer emotional support to individuals undergoing hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis. This role requires clinical expertise in dialysis procedures, the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for patients with renal disease.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current 2 years of current Dialysis RN experience
- Current Oklahoma RN License
- Current AHA BLS
- Current AHA ACLS
- Current NIH
- Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
- Drivers License
Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Responsibilities:
- Implements and monitors patient care plans.
- Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
- Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
- Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Complexity of Work: Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment. Personal Protective Equipment: Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
