Are you a compassionate and experienced nurse leader looking for your next adventure? We’re seeking a Nursing House Supervisor with at least two years of current bedside experience for a 13-week assignment in Atlanta, GA this winter!
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee nursing staff and daily operations
- The Registered Nurse (RN) maintains the delivery of quality care by assuring the nursing care plan is followed.
- The RN supervises Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and orienteers/updates that might be necessary.
- Ensure high-quality patient care and smooth facility workflow
- Provide leadership and support to the clinical team
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
- Active RN license (GA or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years of recent bedside experience
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
