Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert critical care to patients in the ICU, managing complex medical needs.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering treatments and interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain detailed documentation and communicate effectively with patients’ families.
- Stay calm and decisive in emergency situations, providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Oklahoma or compact state.
- AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications required; CCRN preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience in a hospital setting.
- Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- WILLING TO FLOAT DOWN TO PCU/MS.
- A passion for critical care and supporting patients through challenging times.
