Minimum Requirements
- Current 1-2 years of current Clinic experience
- Current Virginia Clinic License
- Additional Certifications may be required
- Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
- Drivers License
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- Final RTO or any scheduling requests
- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
