Summary
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse - Operating Room. This role is essential in providing high-quality patient care during surgical procedures and ensuring a safe and sterile environment. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the operating room, ensuring a safe and sterile environment.
- Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures by anticipating needs and providing necessary instruments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, surgical procedures, and outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care standards.
Qualifications
- Arizona State RN License
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- 2 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of sterile processing techniques and trauma medicine protocols.
- Excellent patient assessment skills with the ability to respond quickly to emergencies.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Cerner is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining strong communication skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient-centered care throughout the surgical process.

Pay: $44.00 - $46.00 per hour
