Minimum Requirements
- Current 2 years of current Case Management and Discharge Planning in a Rehab Care setting
- Current NE RN License - compact allowed
- Current licensure in a clinical discipline per state guidelines (RN, RT, SW preferred)
- Associates Degree in a healthcare field (Bachelor s degree preferred)
- Working knowledge of the insurance industry and government reimbursement
- Current AHA BLS and AHA ACLS Certifications
- Drivers License
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- Final RTO or any scheduling requests
- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
